At R.L. Wagner Custom Homes, we are a close-knit team who strives to operate seamlessly in order to provide the best value and service to our clients. We boast a combined total of more than 75 years experience in the luxury home construction industry. Our team leverages our expertise to guide you through the building and design process from concept to completion.

Our entire team takes great pride in our work and considers it an honor to be instrumental in the realization of our customers’ visions of their dream home. That is why we are vigilant about ensuring the accessibility of our entire team. While your Project Manager will be in daily or weekly contact with you, every member of our team including the Office Manager, Interior Designer, Architect, and Owners are available to you at each and every point during the building and design process.

Owners Lee and Kristin Wagner have fostered this team approach in order to offer a tremendous amount of customer support and quality control. Lee and Kristin are well-respected veterans of the luxury construction industry, both earning degrees and accolades from Georgia Tech, majoring in engineering and marketing/economics respectively.
